Steps:-

(1):-Go to this URL

http://www.feedburner.com/

(2):-Enter your Google username and password to sign in.

You will see this type of screen

(3):-Enter your blog URL in below field where I have entered my own. Click next to proceed.

(4):-you will see this type of page. Select anyone of atom or RSS feed. I have selected atom feed. Click next to proceed.

(5):-Now you will see welcome screen. Just click next to continue.

(6):-On next two or three screens just click on next and continue to next steps until you see this type of message at top.” You have successfully updated the feed "Your feed"

(7):-Click on Publicize and then email subscription. Just activate the email subscription by clicking on activate button.

(8):-You will see this screen.

(9):-Select use as widget in Blogger and then click on GO! .

(10):-You will be on this page of blogger.

(11):-Click on add widget and you will see email subscription box in your blog.
